How to disable password expiry in XP and Vista

Have you ever got any massage that windows tell you "your password will be expired in 42 day"? 14 day in advance, and tired of keep changing it? and wanted to not keep doing it again? here's how you do it.

How to disable password expiry in XP
Go to Control Panel
> Performance and Maintenance > Administrative Tools > Computer Management or
Click Start > Run > and type control userpasswords2 and click OK to run User Accounts
Click the advanced tab, and then press the advanced button.

Select Users in the Local Users and Groups
In right side, double click on your username, in General tab, check “Password never expires” and finally click ok

How to disable password expiry in Vista
Press Start button > go to Accessories > right-click Command Prompt > select
"Run as administrator" > type into the prompt: net accounts
/maxpwage:unlimited > Enter

There you go. Your password will never expired again.
